Our Vission

Way out of poverty and lack of opportunities
With the competence center in Migori, Kenya, the
HOFOGI association is committed to helping girls and
young women find a way out of the poverty spiral.
HOFOGI creates the foundations for building an
existence and living a self-determined life.

Achivement

We proudly celebrate our first graduation ceremony
on 10.02.2023 in Kenya. 5 trainees have successfully
completed their apprenticeship as a dressmaker with
top marks in the state examination.

Our Goal And Focus In 2023

In Switzerland, fundraising and sponsor search for the.
construction of new classrooms for music and art lessons as well as a computer room.
Provide sufficient sewing machines, fabric and sewing
materials for training.
Attract new association members.
Intensify sales of handmade products such as cases,
laptop bags, pillows, etc.

Our Goal And Target Group

Supports disadvantaged girls and young women
between the ages of 17 and 25 from financially weak
families who want to seize the opportunity of an
education. With targeted training programs, holistic
support and awareness-raising measures, affected girls are
strengthened in their self-competence and personal
responsibility in order to free themselves from the
poverty spiral with personal commitment and their will to
help themselves.
